What happens when I change my password in Airbnb?
After you change your Airbnb password, revoke Rezdy from your Airbnb Host account, sign out of Airbnb, and then re-add Airbnb to your Rezdy account. Resetting your password turns on the connection so you can reconnect through Rezdy as soon as possible.
I have multiple Host accounts on Airbnb. Can I connect them all to one Rezdy account?
No. You can only connect one Airbnb Host account to one Rezdy account.
I have multiple Rezdy accounts, but one host account in Airbnb. Can I connect the host account to my multiple Rezdy accounts?
No. You can only connect one Airbnb Host account to one Rezdy account.
If I remove the Airbnb channel in Rezdy, does this automatically disconnect my Airbnb Host account?
No. You must manually revoke Rezdy's access in your Airbnb Host account to disconnect.
How do I disconnect my Rezdy account from Airbnb?

Why don’t my Airbnb activities appear in Rezdy for mapping?
Make sure your Airbnb activity meets these requirements:
- Activity type set to Experience
- Booking type set to Public Group Only or Private Group Only
- Pricing set to Per Person
Update these settings in your Airbnb Host account, then try mapping again.

If I remove a product mapping in Rezdy, does that deactivate the mapping in Airbnb?
Rezdy sends a message to Airbnb to change the source of truth back to Airbnb. This change allows you to manage the calendar directly in Airbnb. Airbnb will stop sending bookings to Rezdy for that product.

Does Rezdy sync product content (descriptions or images) to Airbnb?
No. You must manually update your Airbnb activity content in the Host account.
Does Rezdy automatically create my Airbnb product when I complete mapping?
No. Before mapping, you must create the listing or activity directly in your Airbnb Host account.
What is an 'original' product, and when does an experience qualify as one?
Airbnb classifies an experience as 'original' when it meets high-quality standards and the Airbnb team helped design or develop it.
What booking form fields does the integration support?
The integration only captures the first and last names of the lead customer in the booking.
I set a minimum notice period of 8 days, but Airbnb shows it as 7 days. Why?
Airbnb supports minimum notice periods only in the following increments: 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 5 days, 6 days, 7 days. If you set a value in Rezdy that doesn't match one of these increments, Rezdy selects the next highest supported value and syncs it with Airbnb. However, if you set a value greater than 10080 minutes (7 days), Rezdy defaults it to 7 days.
If I have 2 activities in my Airbnb account but choose to map only 1 to a Rezdy product, can I continue managing availability for the unmapped activity directly in Airbnb?
Yes, they can manage the activity that isn’t connected to Rezdy directly on Airbnb.
Availability Q&A
Can I manage my availability directly in Airbnb after mapping my product through Rezdy?
No. Once you map your product, Airbnb locks the timeslots and prevents edits. A banner will indicate that you can't modify availability directly.
Why does Airbnb show only 16 seats when I have more available in Rezdy?
Airbnb supports a maximum of 16 seats for Public Group experiences. Kindly note, If you have Private Group then its maximum 10 seats. If your Rezdy calendar shows more, Rezdy will cap the available slots in Airbnb at 16.

Why doesn’t the price in my Rezdy calendar appear in Airbnb?
The current integration does not support price syncing. You must manage pricing directly in Airbnb. Once you map the product, you can only update the price in the activity's Listing Editor, not through the calendar.

I have successfully mapped my product to Airbnb and can see that availability has synced successfully. Why am I still not bookable?
Only published activities with LISTED status can be bookable. Please check the status of your listing/activity in your Airbnb host account.
If a Host has both accommodation and experiences with Airbnb, can they prioritise only their services to appear to customers booking their accommodation? If not, at least have them prioritised?
No, they cannot prioritize services.
Is there a ranking logic in which the system displays the customer's order of experiences/services?
Yes, although we are not aware of the ranking logic.

What price options does the integration support?
Airbnb supports per-person pricing with 'Adult', 'Child', 'Infant', or 'Everyone'. If you use custom labels in Rezdy, Airbnb will try to map them based on these keywords.
We have mapped our product, and the system is syncing availability, but it's still not bookable. Why?
Airbnb only allows bookings for published activities with LISTED status . Check your activity’s status in your Airbnb Host account.
What happens to past Airbnb bookings after I connect my Rezdy account?
Past bookings won't carry over because the integration uses newly created company accounts. You must manually manage changes or cancellations for older bookings in Airbnb.
If I cancel an Airbnb booking in Rezdy, will Airbnb reflect the cancellation?
No. You must cancel the booking manually using your Airbnb Host account.
What customer details does Rezdy receive from an Airbnb booking?
Rezdy receives only the customer's first and last name.
When a guest books accommodation, does Airbnb offer my experience at checkout?
No. Airbnb doesn't use a cart system. Airbnb offers Experiences after the guest completes their accommodation booking.
If a guest books an experience first, will Airbnb suggest accommodation afterward?
No, not currently. Airbnb may change this in the future, but it doesn’t offer that option today.
Can I communicate with the guest directly?
No. You can only communicate with the guest through your Airbnb Host account.
What price appears in the reseller comments field of my Rezdy booking?
The field shows the tax-exclusive price and the net amount Airbnb owes the operator for the booking.
If I set a promotion in Airbnb, will Rezdy reflect it in the booking?
Yes and no. Rezdy displays the guest’s paid price and the net amount Airbnb owes you in the reseller comments field of the booking. However, Rezdy does not adjust the total booking amount itself—the system determines this value by the price set in your calendar at the time of booking.
What information does Rezdy sync to Airbnb?
Rezdy syncs real-time availability to Airbnb. When a guest books through Airbnb, the system automatically creates the booking in Rezdy.
What happens to the Airbnb booking in my Rezdy account if I make changes or add comments and then Airbnb amends it later?
If Airbnb amends the booking it originally created, the booking in Rezdy will be updated with the latest information it provides. This means any prior changes and comments will be replaced.
Do customers receive emails upon confirmation?
Yes. Airbnb sends all customer confirmation emails. Rezdy does not send customer emails for Airbnb bookings.
Do operators receive emails upon confirmation?
Yes. Rezdy and Airbnb both send confirmation emails to operators.

Do customers receive automated emails set up in Rezdy?
No. Customers do not receive automated Rezdy emails for Airbnb bookings. You can, however, set up and enable automated emails for each activity in your Airbnb Host account.
