Airbnb : How to manage Price Options in Your Airbnb Activity

To ensure a successful connection, the price options in your Airbnb activity should match those enabled in your Rezdy product. Airbnb currently supports the following price options:

• Adult

• Child

• Infant

Note: The only exception is when your Rezdy product uses the 'Everyone' price option. In that case, 'Everyone' automatically applies to every booking, regardless of the options set in your Airbnb activity.

How to enable price options

1. Log in to your Airbnb Host account.
2. Click Switch to hosting on the top right-hand side of the page.
3. Select the Listings tab at the top of the page.
4. Click the Experience (activity) you wish to review.
5. In the Listing Editor on the left, scroll to Price and click the section.
6. In the Price per guest section, click the icon     next to the price option you wish to enable.
7. Click the Edit icon next to the price and enter a new value.
8. Click Save to confirm your changes.
9. Repeat steps 4–8 to add more price options if needed.
    

Tip: The system sets the default price option to 'Adults' and allows you to add 'Infants'. Learn how to remove price options and add 'Children' below. 

How to remove price options

• To remove a price option, click the trash icon next to the price you want to remove.

How to add 'children'

• To add 'Children':
  1. Lower the minimum age under Guest Requirements in the Listing Editor.
  2. Click 'Save' to save your changes.
  3. Return to the 'Price' section and follow steps 4–7 under 'How to enable price options' to complete the setup.

Note: The minimum age setting in Airbnb directly determines which price options guests can book, regardless of what is enabled for the Airbnb activity. Airbnb applies the following age rules: 2–12 years (inclusive) = Child, 13 years and older = Adult. If you enable only the Adult price option in the Airbnb activity and set the minimum age to 2, guests can book both the Adult and Child options at the Adult rate, even when the Child option is disabled. To make the activity available only to adults, set the minimum age in Airbnb to 13 or higher. If you don’t adjust this setting, Rezdy rejects the booking because it only accepts bookings for price options that match those configured in Rezdy (for example, Adult-to-Adult or Child-to-Child).
