This article will cover how to cancel an order and manually send a cancellation email to the Customer.
Cancelling an Order
- Click Orders.
- Select an Order.
- Within the order page, click the current status at the top.
- Select Cancelled.
- Click the Save Order button.
Note: Make sure the order is saved before sending an email to the customer.
- Once the order is saved, click Email.
- Click send now for the Order Cancellation email.
