How To Add an External Payment
FollowOverview
There are 2 ways to add an external (or manual) payment within a Rezdy order:
- Record an external payment using a stored credit card.
- This option is only available if your payment gateway supports storing credit cards, and you tick the Store credit card? box within your Rezdy Online Payments page. If you cannot see this box, it means your gateway does not support this option.
- Manually add one or more payment types.
Important: Neither of these options charges your customers. These options are used only for recording payments you have received or made outside of Rezdy, e.g., cash or EFTPOS. To learn how to automatically charge your customers in Rezdy, click here.
