How To Convert an Order to a Gift Card

Overview

Convert existing orders to gift cards with redeemable online vouchers. Your customers receive an email with their voucher and a direct link to your online voucher redemption page, so they can easily return and book your experiences when the time comes.

Before you get started

Tick your product(s) Can be purchased as a gift box, which you find on a product's setup page at the bottom of the Details Tab.

1. Converting an order to a gift card

Within an existing order:

1. Click the [+] symbol to add another product.
2. Select the same product from the dropdown list.
3. Update the quantities to match the original product above.
4. Click the Gift Card button. If you don't see the Gift Card button, scroll up to the 'Before you get started' section.
5. Optional: Remove the original product above by clicking the [x] symbol.
6. Click the Save Order button.

2. Emailing Vouchers to the Customer

Once you save the Order:

1. Click Email (top-right corner).
2. Choose the Send now link for the Gift Cards email template.

Done! Your customer receives an email for each voucher generated, and a direct link to your online voucher redemption page.
