How To View Sent Emails Within an Order

Overview

Rezdy lets you view the emails triggered for an order, either manually or automatically.

Important: If an agent or reseller is attached to an order, you cannot view any sent emails. 

How to view sent emails

1. Click Orders.
2. Select an Order number.
   
   
    
3. Scroll to the Sent emails section, which you can locate at the very bottom of the page.
4. Click the email sent timestamp to view the sent email contents. This option displays the email that the system sent at the time.

Note: Only emails sent from 7th Nov 2019 onward are available in Rezdy. You cannot view any emails sent before this date. Rezdy stores emails for 2 years from the date of issue.
