How to Manually Redeem a Voucher

Overview

Customers redeem vouchers online, or staff redeem them internally in Rezdy through a customer order.

How to redeem a voucher on behalf of a customer

From the Orders page, click into the customer order (or create a new internal order):

1. Scroll down to the Customer Payment section.
2. Select Voucher from the Payment Type.
3. Start typing the Voucher number, and choose from the list of automatically found vouchers.

4. Click Redeem.
   
   

   • This option automatically enters the value for which the Voucher is valid.

   
   

5. Click the Save order button.

Note: This process also automatically changes the voucher status to Redeemed.
