How To Use the Agenda
FollowOverview
The Agenda view shows a list of all product sessions and orders from the day you choose in your calendar. You can confirm or cancel multiple orders, refund or generate vouchers for one or all orders, and easily send email notifications to all customers.
You can also quickly block out or delete multiple sessions for your tours and experiences.
How to get there
- Click Schedule.
- Choose Agenda.
Update Orders
Selecting a single day to update
- Tick the box next to the day you want to update to tick all sessions and orders for that day automatically.
- Click the Update button.
Selecting multiple days to update:
- Click the Select All button to select all sessions and orders within visual range.
- The Update button shows you exactly how many orders you selected.
- Click the Update button.
Selecting the type of update
Depending on the type of update you want to make, select from the options below:
- Change the order Status.
- Refund all card payments:
- Only applicable to automated credit card transactions AND if your payment gateway supports refunds through Rezdy.
- Create and apply vouchers:
- This option creates a voucher within the order/s for the value of each product and/or the quantity booked.
- Select an email to send.
Note: Creating and applying vouchers to all selected orders automatically sends the Gift Card email to the main customer contact within the order.
Once you confirm your updates, click the Apply Actions button (or Reset Form to start over).
Update Sessions
There are 2 types of session updates you can perform via the Agenda:
1. Close sessions
This option update replaces the current availability with a 0. All existing orders attached to sessions remain in your calendar. For guests trying to book online, they see Sold Out.
- Click Schedule.
- Choose Agenda.
- Tick the sessions you wish to close.
- Click the Update Sessions button.
- Select Close sessions from the actions.
- Click the Close sessions button and confirm OK.
Important: Updating an order, product, or resource attached to a session (closed via the Agenda) automatically triggers a recalculation and reverts the availability for those sessions.
2. Delete sessions
Deleting a session removes it from your Rezdy calendar, preventing guests from booking it.
Note: You cannot delete a session if an order is attached to it. For guests trying to book online, they see Not Available.
- Click Schedule.
- Select Agenda.
- Select the sessions you wish to delete.
- Click the Update Sessions button.
- Select Delete sessions from the actions.
- Click the Delete sessions button and confirm OK.
