How to Reschedule Orders

Quickly reschedule multiple orders on a session to another date and time, and keep your guests informed and up to date by sending an email notification to all guests.
Note: We do not support rescheduling Rental and Transfer, Shuttle, or Flight type products.
Rescheduling orders to another date and time
You can reschedule orders within the View Details page of a session. There are several ways to view session details; the quickest is via the main left menu Schedule option.
From the View Details page of a session:
- Select one or more orders.
- Click the Reschedule Orders button.
- Choose a new session via the date selector; hovering over available days displays more information about available sessions.
- Select a session from the dropdown list (if applicable).
- Optional: Choose an email notification to be sent to all Customer contacts, e.g., sending the Order Details email informs your guests of the new start dates and times.
- Click the Reschedule Orders button.
- Clicking the Orders successfully rescheduled link takes you directly to the View Details page for the new session.
