Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the legacy bank reconciliation report and the transactions report?
- The bank reconciliation report is connected to our system database, as we added more features to our application and more customers joined Rezdy; this caused a significant performance degradation. The transaction report is generated based on the transformed data in our data warehouse, which enhances the security, conformity, and quality of data, increases the power and speed of data analytics, and enables greater scalability for Rezdy and our customers.
Can I automatically export my reporting data from Rezdy to a 3rd party without manually logging in and exporting?
- No. But we are working on a new feature that will allow you to do this, and will communicate once it becomes available.
Why do I not see new or recent orders in the new reports?
- Our update cycle runs every 3 hours and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
The legacy reports show new orders, but why don't the new reports?
- The legacy reports is connected to live production databases, which means if you were to run a large report query; you would notice a considerable slowdown in the application (and potentially for other users).
What will happen to the legacy reports?
- We have no immediate plans to get rid of the legacy reports. They will remain active on the following plans: Foundation, Accelerate, and Expansion.
