FollowOverview
This report provides valuable insight into overall product performance in an easy-to-read format. You can quickly see the most important metrics and performance indicators, and also see more detailed information for deeper analysis, including product line items, extras, and participation list.
Tip: All sections can be sorted by clicking any of the headers, e.g., Product Revenue. To download the full results, hover over each section and click the button.
Product High Level Summary
This table shows a quick summary of each product's revenue, number of orders, total participants, and the booking average lead time (in number of days).
Tip: Clicking a product name will automatically add that product to the filters.
Product Revenue Share (%)
This pie chart shows the proportion (%) of each product's total revenue.
Note: This chart will show individual products that have a greater than 5% share of the total revenue. All products with less than 5% will be grouped into Other.
Orders Booked: Month by Month/Previous Year Comparison
This area chart gives a brief overview of sales (or pax) comparisons of orders created in the current year versus the previous year.
Order Fulfillment: Month by Month/Previous Year Comparison
This area chart shows a quick comparison of monthly sales (or pax) for order fulfilment (or future bookings) in the current year versus the previous year.
Product Performance by Day of the Week for Booked Orders
This bar chart provides a visual summary of sales (or pax) based on the day of the week that the orders were booked.
Product Performance by Day of the Week for Fulfilment Date
This bar chart provides a visual summary of sales (or pax) based on the day of the week that the orders were fulfilled.
Orders Booked & Fulfillment: Week by Week Comparison
This bar chart shows a comparison of the revenue (or pax) for orders booked and fulfilled in the last 4 weeks, including the current week.
Orders Booked & Fulfilment: Year on Year Comparison
This bar chart shows a comparison of the revenue (or pax) for orders booked and fulfilled in the last 4 years, including the current year.
Product Line Item Report
This report provides a line-by-line view of the products sold for each order. This allows you to analyse the performance of each product and identify opportunities for process improvements and business growth.
Note: An order can have multiple products, so this report may display multiple product line items under the same order number.
Product Price Option Report
This report provides a list of price options per product, e.g., Adult, Child, Concession, etc.
List of Products & Extras
This report provides a list of products and extras for all orders.
Participation List
This report lists all the participants in existing orders.
Note: This report requires participant details (or the Ask for each Participant within the Booking Info tab) to be enabled.
Filters
You can apply the following filters to this report:
- Booking Date: This is the date of when the booking was created, online or internally.
- Fulfilment Date: This is the date when your guests first attend or complete their experience with you.
- Order Source: Choose a source, e.g., Online or Internal.
- Product Type: Choose a product type(s) from the list to display only the selected item(s).
- Product Name: Choose a product(s) from the list to display only the selected item(s).
- Order Status: Choose an order status from the list, e.g., Confirmed, On Hold.
- Agent Name: Select one or more agents from the list.
- Order Number: Search for and select one or more orders from the list to display only the selected orders.

Price Option: Enter a product price option, e.g., Adult.
Note: This filter only applies to the Product Line Item data table. - Measure (Sales or PAX): This filter can control the visualisation by displaying Sales or Pax (the number of passengers/participants/customers). Enter either "Sales" or "Pax" (not case sensitive).

Product & Extra: Enter the name of a product or extra.
Note: This filter only applies to the List of Products & Extras data table.
More reports
- Overview report gives you a quick and simple snapshot of your business's overall performance.
- Revenue report will show you a total revenue breakdown by day, allowing you to drill down into a specific day.
- Channels report shows you a breakdown of total bookings created by source, e.g., internally, online, or by Agent.
- Transactions report will provide a breakdown of all payment methods used by your customers.
- Booking Lead Time report shows you how far in advance your customers are booking your products.
- Customer Demographics report provides all data and information about your customers.
- Voucher Liability report will show a list of all vouchers issued and partially redeemed by your customers.
- Session Utilisation report will show the overall performance and value of your product sessions.
Frequently asked questions
Why am I not seeing new or recent bookings in my reports?
- Our update cycle runs every 3 hours and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Why is my participation list always blank?
- This data report is an aggregation of all participants within existing orders; it requires the 'Ask for each Participant' setting within the Booking Info tab of your products to be enabled.
