FollowOverview
This report combines crucial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), offering a thorough overview of business performance and profitability. It enables you to easily monitor and analyse data, providing both a quick overview and detailed insights to facilitate deeper analysis.
Tip: All sections can be sorted by clicking any of the headers, e.g., Month. To download the full results, hover over each section and click the button.
Business Summary
This table shows a summary of orders based on booking date for the last 12 months. For each month, you’ll see a summary of orders, products, and extras revenue, total payments received, and total refunds.
Note: This table is not affected by any of the date filters.
6 Month Order Trend by Source
This stacked bar chart shows the order trend by source in the last 6 months, e.g., Online, Internal, Negotiated Rate, and Marketplace.
Note: This table is not affected by any of the date filters.
Revenue by Order Status
This bar chart shows the aggregated revenue by order status, e.g., Confirmed, Pending Supplier, etc.
Note: This chart is not affected by the order status filter.
Orders Booked: Month by Month/Previous Year Comparison
This area chart shows a quick snapshot of the revenue (or number of orders) comparison between the current and previous year, for orders booked.
Order Fulfilment: Month by Month/Previous Year Comparison
This area chart shows a quick snapshot of the revenue (or number of orders) comparison between the current and previous year, for orders fulfilled.

This bar chart provides a visual summary of revenue (or number of orders) based on the day of the week that the orders were booked.

Orders Booked & Fulfilment: Week by Week Comparison
This bar chart shows a quick overview of the revenue (or number of orders) for orders booked and fulfilled in the last 5 weeks, including the current week.
Orders Booked & Fulfilment: Year on Year Comparison
This bar chart shows a quick overview of the revenue (or number of orders) for orders booked and fulfilled in the last 6 years, including the current year.
Revenue Summary
This report provides a condensed overview and total figures for key revenue columns of the Revenue Details Report below.
Important: The total summary of your Booking Fees may differ from your monthly Rezdy invoice. This difference is primarily caused by variances in timing and reporting between our billing system and our reporting system.
Note: The Total Discounts column is an aggregation of Promo Code/Voucher Value and the Free of Charge Payment type columns within the Revenue Details Report.
Revenue Details Report
This report provides a detailed list of orders along with comprehensive booking data.
Important: The Booking Fee column may differ from your monthly Rezdy invoice. This difference is primarily caused by variances in timing and reporting between our billing system and our reporting system.
Customer Report
This report shows details of the main customer (or billing) contact within all orders.
Filters
You can apply the following filters to this report:
- Order Status: Choose an order status from the list, e.g., Confirmed, On Hold.
- Order Source: Choose a source, e.g., Online or Internal.
- Agent Name: Select one or more agents from the list.
- Booking Date: This is the date of when the booking was created, online or internally.
- Fulfilment Date: This is the date when your guests first attend or complete their experience with you.
- Customer Name: Enter the name of the main customer/billing contact.
- Promo Code: Search for and select a promo code.
- Order Number: Search for and select one or more orders from the list to display only the selected orders.
- Payment Status: Select one or more payment status categories to view orders/revenue listed under that specific category.
- Payment Type: Select one or more payment methods to view orders/revenue attributed to that specific method of payment, e.g., Cash, etc.
- Measure (Revenue or Order): This filter can control the visualisation by displaying Revenue or Order (the number of orders). Enter either "Revenue" or "Order" (not case sensitive).
- Product Name: Choose a product(s) from the list to display only the selected item(s).
- Product Category: Choose a product category(s) from the list to display only the selected item(s).
- All Paid: Choose 'Yes' to see all fully paid orders. Choose 'No' to see orders that are not fully paid.
- Adjustment: Choose 'Yes' to see orders where the price has been manually changed. Choose 'No' to see orders without any manual price changes.
- Internal Notes: Enter a specific word (or a string of words) to show only orders matching the internal notes.

How did you hear about us?: Select one (or more) of the following options, e.g., Internet search, etc.
Note: This filter only applies to the default (Rezdy) ‘How did you hear about us?’ Booking Info question.

- Channels report shows you a breakdown of total bookings created by source, e.g., internally, online, or by an Agent.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Adjustments mean?
- An adjustment is a manual change of prices within an order. This includes the product line item total and Edit Prices within the quantities section of the product.
Why does my Rezdy invoice show a different booking fee value than the revenue report?
- The difference is primarily caused by variances in timing and reporting between our billing system and our reporting system.
What does 'Other Payments' mean in the Revenue Details Report?
- 'Other Payments' includes the following payment types: Alipay, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Refund, Paypal, Invoice, and Other.
Why do I see 'Product 1,Product 2,Product 3' options in the Product Name filter?
- This signifies orders with multiple products. As this report is mainly about revenue performance, you can use the products report to see the performance of your products.
What are the differences between the Internal and Negotiated Rate sources?
- The Negotiated Rate source is orders created by agents using their Rezdy account. All agent orders created internally (by you) will be grouped into the Internal source.
Why am I not seeing new or recent bookings in my reports?
- Our update cycle runs every 3 hours and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
