How To Send a Confirmation Email to a Customer

The system automatically sends a booking confirmation email for all online orders. However, for internal orders, you need to send emails manually.
How to send a confirmation email to a customer
Within an order:
- Click Email.
- Select send now for the Order Details email.
Note: If the 'send now' option is missing from the email dropdown, this means the main customer contact does not have an email address.
Tip: Clicking the customise button lets you customise the confirmation email before you send it.
