Overview

Rezdy lets you automate payments with your customers via a payment gateway, providing a simple, streamlined purchase experience. You can also allow your customers to pay manually by bank transfer or in cash on the day.

Which Payment Gateways does Rezdy support?

Rezdy supports several payment gateways, allowing you to automate payments with your customers. Below is the current list of payment gateways you can use with Rezdy. 

Checkout Flow

• Native: This flow keeps your guests on your site throughout the entire booking process.
• Redirect: This flow opens a new page on the final step, allowing your guest to process their payment.

I have a regular PayPal account. Can I use this?

Yes!

Note: You must be an Owner user to access online payment settings.

1. Click Settings.

2. Select Payments.

3. Tick the Accept PayPal payments box.

4. Click Connect now.

You are then redirected to PayPal to log in (or create a new account) to authorise the connection. Once completed, the system takes you back to Rezdy.

Note: Your account will be in a pending status, which might take a few days to complete. You won't have any downtime for your guests' bookings or payments during the pending status.

Can I allow my customers to pay via bank transfer?

Yes! 

1. Tick the Accept Bank transfers box.

2. Enter your bank details.

Note: Be aware that offline payment methods may result in fake online bookings, as actual payment is not required upfront.

Can I allow my customers to pay with cash on the day?

Yes!

1. Tick the Accept Cash on the day payments.

2. Enter payment details.

Can my customers pay by invoice?

Yes!

1. Tick the Accept Payment by invoice box.
