How To Read Your Rezdy Invoice

Overview

This article explains the line items that appear on your Rezdy monthly invoice. Additionally, your invoice may have more or fewer items based on your account activity during the billing month.

Subscription Fee

The first item is your subscription plan, quantity (1), and the associated amount. For example, if you're on the Accelerate plan, you see a $99.00 charge.

SMS - US/CA, AU/NZ, and ROTW

These items appear on separate lines with the quantity for each SMS and the total amount. 

• $0.09 per SMS sent to the United States and Canada.
• $0.19 per SMS to Australia and New Zealand.
• $0.29 per SMS to other countries.

Booking Fee - Online

When you book online, a booking fee is charged. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the total booking value, as determined by your subscription plan.

For example, if the total value of your online bookings for the month is $1600, and you're on the Expansion plan, you are charged a booking fee of $28. Click here to learn more about our pricing. The quantity also reflects the amount, where 1 quantity equals $1.

Note: If you are using RezdyPay, we take the booking fee at the time of booking. These orders do not appear under ‘Booking Fee - Online’ on your invoice as they have already been charged.

Booking Volume - Offline

When you create internal bookings, you are charged a fixed fee per booking. This fee depends on your subscription plan. For example, if you are on the Accelerate plan and created 19 internal orders for the month, you are charged $16.15. Click here to learn more about our pricing.

Booking Volume - Agent - Manual Payment

All agent orders not using the Rezdy Automated Payment method are charged a fixed fee per booking. This fee depends on your subscription plan. For example, if you are on the Accelerate plan and receive 15 agent bookings, you are charged $12.00. Click here to learn more about our pricing.

Booking Volume - Direct

This item shows the total number (quantity) of non-agent bookings, both online and internal, for the billing period. There is no charge associated with this item. Instead, the charges associated with this item appear in either the 'Booking Volume - Offline' or the 'Booking Fee - Online' item.
