Data & online checkout page security
We ensure the security and protection of your personal information.
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect any personal information you may enter when using the Rezdy admin portal, as well as important sensitive data your guests enter when using our secure checkout page, including email addresses and credit card information.
Our system secures all transactions with 128-bit SSL encryption and encrypts information as it is sent over the Internet, helping ensure its confidentiality.
In addition, our employees and contractors who provide services related to our information systems maintain the confidentiality of any personal information we hold.
Hardware & Software Recommendations
Because Rezdy runs 100% in the cloud, it takes most of the strain off your computer. Rezdy works on all modern browsers, on both MAC and Windows computers, and all modern mobile and tablet devices.
We optimise Rezdy for Google Chrome and also recommend the following:
- A screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher.
- Windows 7 or later.
- Any version of Mac OS that can run Google Chrome (OS X Yosemite 10.10 or later)
Even though Rezdy is cloud-based, we recommend at least the minimum hardware requirements:
- Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoC
- RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 GB for 64-bit
Rezdy Application Uptime
Our applications and API have a 99.9% availability. Our servers deploy on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a PCI DSS Level 1-compliant provider that provides certified infrastructure for storing, processing, and transmitting credit card information.
