Overview

Your customer's first experience with your business usually begins with your website, so you want to make sure their online booking experience is seamless, straightforward, and easy to complete. There is a booking widget for every website, made to fit your company brand.

What is an iframe?

An iframe is a webpage embedded within another webpage. Using an iframe embeds your Rezdy booking form on your website. This option not only lets your customers stay on your site throughout the booking process but also enables seamless integration with your site.

How Does The Modal Window Work?

When you click certain Book Now buttons, an overlay window appears, allowing your customer to complete their booking. Your website remains in the background throughout the entire booking process, resulting in a seamless integration and a smooth booking experience.

Which Booking Widget Do I Choose?

There are 7 widgets to choose from, and the widget you choose depends on your website's layout. Below is a description of each widget, along with the layout that best suits it.

• Product List: This widget is great for showcasing all your products on a single "bookings" page on your website. You can also choose to display specific Rezdy product categories if you have more than one.
• Product Details: Can be used if each tour/activity has its own page, but doesn't necessarily have any photos or descriptions.
• Product Calendar: Can be used when you have each product/tour on a separate page within your site that already contains photos and descriptions, and all that is required is an availability calendar. This calendar lets your customers see a month's availability for each tour at a glance.
• Weekly Calendar: Is a great way to show your customers the next 5 days' availability for all products within a specific Category.
• Monthly Calendar: A great way to show your customers the next month's worth of availability for all products within a specific Category.
• Category Carousel: Allows you to add a scrolling carousel on your website.
• Shuttle & Transfer: Purely designed for one type of product; Shuttle & Transfer.

Product List

The Product List widget is great for showcasing all your products on a single "bookings" page on your website. You can also choose to display specific Rezdy product categories if you have more than one.

How to integrate a Book Now button 

A book now button is essential to any website. They are by far the easiest to integrate, the highest-converting integration option, and can fit all website layouts and company branding.   

1. Click Sell Online.
2. Click the Booking Button.
3. Select Type: Button.
4. Choose the button's Link to location:
   • Home Page: this links directly to your booking form, e.g., https://mybookingform.rezdy.com
   • Category: this links directly to one of your categories
   • Product: this links directly to a product's booking page
   • Redeem Voucher: This links directly to the customer-facing voucher/promo code redemption page.
5. Pick a color.
6. Enter a button Label.
7. Click the Copy to Clipboard button.
