Archiving or Deleting a Product

Archiving a product uses the same steps as deleting it. Once a product is deleted or archived, you can restore it at any time.
This article explains how to archive or delete a product.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to your Rezdy account.
- In the menu, click Inventory → Products
- Find the product you want to archive or delete.
- Click on the product name to open its details.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Details tab.
- Click Delete Product.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
Note: The product will move to your Deleted Products list and can be restored at any time.
Impact of Deleting a Product
Deleting a product will:
- Delete all associated sessions (including sessions with existing orders).
- Remove the product from any Categories.
- Remove the product from any Packages.
- Remove the product from any Related Product setups.
- Orders and sessions linked to the deleted product will still appear in your Manifest.
- Orders with that deleted product will continue to show the product’s name, but you won’t be able to update those orders.
- Reports (both Current and Legacy) will still include deleted products.
