How To Set Up an Extra

Overview

Extras are add-ons you can upsell to your customers at the time of booking.

Create a new extra

1. Click Inventory.
2. Select Extras.
3. Click the New extra button.

Within the create a new extra window

1. Enter a Name.
2. Set the Price and Options:
   • Customer's choice: Your customers select their own quantities. For example, if 4 people book, they can choose 2 DVDs (or fewer/more).
   • Per Order: The system charges extra once. For example, if 4 people book, they are charged only once for this extra.
   • Per Quantity: The system charges extra for each item or person booked. For example, if 4 people book, they are charged 4 times for this extra.
3. Add a Description.
4. Availability: This extra has limited availability (optional).

   • If you want to limit the amount of equipment (or merchandise) sold per session, tick this box and enter a limit.

     Note: The limited availability feature only works if you set your product's scheduling to Fixed Dates and Times.

5. Upload an Image (optional).
6. Click Save Extra.
