How To Generate per Participant QR Codes

Overview

Rezdy supports generating, scanning, and checking in QR codes at the participant level.

Note: This feature is separate from the importing and scanning of external QR codes from 3rd party systems. Click here to learn more.

How to set up per participant QR codes

To set up QR codes for each participant, go to a product's setup page:

1. Click Messages.
2. Select Notifications.
3. Check Show a QR Code for each participant label

4. Click the Save Product button.

How does this look to my customers?

The generated QR codes are ordered and also printed in confirmation emails, ready to be scanned and checked in.
