Product: Related products tab

Overview

This feature allows you to upsell and cross-sell your products to your guests booking online.

How to set up related products

You find the related products tab within your product configuration page, e.g., Inventory Products [product name]. From within a Product's configuration page:

1. Click the Related Products tab.
2. Tick the Products you want to relate.
3. Optional: Tick the Mandatory box to force the guest to also book this product. Enter any instructions.
   
   
    
4. Click the Save product button at the bottom.

How do related products look online?

This feature displays to your Customers in 2 places:

1. At the bottom of the Product's description.

2. After checkout, upon completing a purchase.

You can also make a related product mandatory, meaning the customer must book it in addition to this product. This feature appears as the second/third step within the booking process.
