1. Virgin Gifts setup: Become a Virgin Gifts Experience Partner

1. Click here to become an Experience Partner with Virgin Gifts.
2. You must create your experience(s) within your Rezdy account before sharing your negotiated rate.

The Virgin Gifts team may reach out during this process to discuss product API mapping further.

2. Rezdy setup: Share negotiated rate

1. Click here to load the Virgin Gifts Marketplace profile.

3. Make sure to check both options for Agent Permissions.

5. Click the Send Your Rates button on the final page.
   
    

API Mapping Process

The Virgin Gifts team proceeds with API product mapping and may complete a test booking. Virgin Gifts publishes your listing once a successful test booking is made.

Future changes to your experience

Once connected, Virgin Gifts requires that you contact them directly before making any changes to your product structure. Changing your product structure could break the mapping and cause bookings to fail.

Changes include, but are not limited to:

• Adding/Removing/Updating ticket types (e.g., Adult, Child, Infant, etc.)
• Adding/Removing/Updating tour options (e.g., 9 AM departure, 2 PM departure, etc.)
• Updating availability type between Freesale & Limited availability.
• Please note: you need to communicate any pricing changes in writing per your signed partnership agreement.
