How To Connect to Luxury Escapes

1. Initial setup: What you need to get started

You must already have a Luxury Escapes Supplier account. If you haven't signed up yet, please contact our team at experiences@luxuryescapes.com for more information on how to onboard.

2. Rezdy setup: Share a negotiated rate

1. Click here to load Luxury Escapes marketplace profile.
2. Select Add Agent.
3. Scroll to Rate, select the Negotiated Rate for this agent. Click here to learn how to create a negotiated rate.
4. Click Add Agent at the bottom of the page.
5. Optional: Write a quick message and click the Send Your Rates button.

The Luxury Escapes Experiences team will be in touch to discuss next steps and finalise the onboarding process.

Future changes to product or session structure

Once connected, we highly recommend that you contact your Luxury Escapes Destination Manager directly before any changes to your product structure. Changing your product structure could break the mapping and cause bookings to fail.

Changes include, but are not limited to:

• Adding/Removing/Updating ticket types (e.g., Adult, Child, Infant, etc).
• Adding/Removing/Updating tour options (e.g, 9 AM departure, 2 PM departure, etc).
• Updating availability type between Freesale & Limited availability.
• Adding/Removing/Updating booking conditions (e.g., min/max book ahead, min/max quantity, etc).
• Changing required booking info fields (e.g., participant details, requirements, weights, etc).
