To help keep your account secure and ensure reliable email delivery, we’ve made a small change to how messages work in Rezdy. You’ll no longer be able to include clickable links in Simple Email or SMS messages sent through the platform.

This update helps protect your business and customers by reducing the risk of spam and system issues. 

How To Send Clickable Links via Email

  1. Add your link to a Rezdy email template.
    Email options menu displaying templates for order details, reminders, and follow-up messages with send and customise links.
