Marketplace Set Up #2 - Updating Your Marketplace Profile

Overview

Your company profile is visible to other operators and agents in the Marketplace once you are published. (click here for steps on getting your account published)

Your Profile conveys your company and the experiences you offer. This is helpful when trying to resell through agents, as they may assess your company upon deciding to connect with you.

What you need to get started

We strongly recommend making your profile as appealing as possible. You should also have access to the following:

• A company logo
• Several company images, which create an image slider
• A list of social media links
• A company description
• Updated contact information

 Update your Marketplace Profile

1. Click Marketplace.
2. Select Company Profile.
3. Select Edit My Profile.

Keep scrolling to find each section to update within Rezdy. 

1. Confirm the Contact Details

• Contact Name
• Email
• Phone Number

2.  Confirm the Company Description & Business Number

1. Update the Registered Business Number.
2. Complete a Company Description.

3. Upload a Logo and Company Images

• Upload a Logo and some Company Images.

4. Update your Business Address

• Complete your Business Address.

5. Update your social media links

1. Complete your relevant social media links.
2. Click the Save company button.
