How To Create or Edit an Invoice for an Agent

Rezdy offers a simple invoicing solution, allowing you to generate and email Agent invoices requesting payments.
How to create an invoice
- Click Agents.
- Choose Invoices.
- Click the New Invoice button.
Within the new Invoice page:
- Choose an Agent.
Note: Select All Agents to bulk generate invoices for all agents. When choosing this option, you can only bulk generate invoices one day at a time.
- Outstanding and Generated: This filter allows you to view invoices already generated. Select Outstanding if you want to create a new invoice.
- Select a date range. This is the fulfilment (travel or attendance) date.
- Click the Refresh button.
- Tick the Orders you want to create an Invoice for based on the results
- Lastly, click the Generate Invoice button.
Once the Invoice has been successfully generated, you can:
- Print a hard copy.
- Email the invoice to the agent.
Tip: You can also bulk send invoices from the main Invoices page by ticking the invoices, and clicking the Send invoices button.
How to edit an invoice
Quick Navigation: Agents > Invoices > Click the invoice you want to edit.
Within the Invoice click the Edit Invoice button at the top of the page.
You can then complete the following edits to the invoice:
- Due Date.
- Amount.
- Status - Paid or Unpaid.
- Receipt Number.
- Important Notes - visible to both Agent and Supplier.
When you have completed your editing, click the Save Invoice button.
