How To Create or Edit an Invoice for an Agent

Rezdy offers a simple invoicing solution that lets you generate and email Agent invoices to request payments.
How to create an invoice
- Click Agents.
- Choose Invoices.
- Click the New Invoice button.
Within the new Invoice page:
- Choose an Agent.
Note: Select All Agents to bulk generate invoices for all agents. When choosing this option, you can only bulk generate invoices one day at a time.
- Outstanding and Generated: This filter lets you view generated invoices. Select Outstanding if you want to create a new invoice.
- Select a date range. This range is the fulfilment date (travel or attendance).
- Click the Refresh button.
- Tick the Orders you want to create an Invoice for based on the results.
- Lastly, click the Generate Invoice button.
Once the system successfully generates the Invoice, you can:
- Print a hard copy.
- Email the invoice to the agent.
Tip: You can also bulk send invoices from the main Invoices page by ticking the invoices and clicking the Send invoices button.
How to edit an invoice
Quick Navigation: Agents Invoices > Click the invoice you want to edit.
- Within the Invoice, click the Edit Invoice button at the top of the page.
- You can then complete the following edits to the invoice:
- Due Date.
- Amount.
- Status - Paid or Unpaid.
- Receipt Number.
- Important Notes - visible to both Agent and Supplier.
- When you complete your editing, click the Save Invoice button.
