How to Receive Notifications for Abandoned Cart Orders

Receive an email each time a guest abandons their online purchase, and take action with follow-up emails and marketing information to encourage your guests to complete their purchase.
Important: This is only applicable if you are using a payment gateway that redirects your guests from Rezdy to complete their purchase. Click here to learn more.
How to enable users to receive an abandoned cart email
- Click Settings.
- Select Users.
- Click the Username.
Within the User profile page, below the User information, tick the Receive Abandoned Cart Emails check box.
