Rezdy Mobile App: Resources

Overview

The resources section of the mobile App allows you to see an overview of all resources used for the day and the total number of confirmed participants per resource, essentially showing an overview of each resource's daily workload.

Tip: Click here to learn more about resource users and how to assign a specific resource to a user, giving them access only to the orders/Sessions assigned to that resource.

Resources section

1. You can see all resources being used and the total number of confirmed participants per resource.
2. Click a specific resource for more info.

Within a specific resource view

1. You can see the total number of Sessions and confirmed participants for the specific resource.
2. Perform a manual check-in or QR scan.
3. See a complete breakdown of all sessions, including start times, product names, and confirmed participants.
4. Click a specific session start time.

Within a specific session start time

1. You can see a breakdown of all orders, including the total number of confirmed participants, the main customer contact, the order number, and outstanding balances.
2. Perform a quick check-in/No show or QR scan.
3. Click a specific order for more information.

Within a specific Order

1. You can see important information regarding the order.
2. Charge Credit Card or Record a Payment.
3. Add a Log Note.
4. Make contact with the main customer.
5. Click to see participant details.

Lastly, within the participant details page, you can see a breakdown of all participants.

More Info: clicking the Session More Info button will display Session information, including all Resources assigned, Internal Notes, and Product name.
