Rezdy & GetYourGuide Price Sync

You can choose to sync prices from your Rezdy with supported products in your GetYourGuide Supplier Administration account. You can continue working as usual if you choose to keep managing prices manually in GetYourGuide.
Important: Rezdy only supports Price sync for a select number of price type settings. If you enable a price for a price type that is not supported, it can render your product unbookable on GetYourGuide. We strongly recommend that you read each section below before enabling this option in GetYourGuide. If you are unsure whether your products meet the pricing requirement outlined below, please contact our support team.
Before you get started: What do you need to know?
- You can only enable price sync from your GetYourGuide Supplier Administration account.
- The product must be accessible to GetYourGuide via Negotiated rates in your Rezdy account.
- When set to By Person in the GetYourGuide Supplier Administration account under the Pricing category tab, GetYourGuide supports the following Rezdy product pricing, specifically:
- Everyone
- Adult
- Child
- Infant
- Senior
- Teenager
- Group Per Person (Tiered pricing)
- When set to Group in the GetYourGuide Supplier Administration account under the Pricing category tab, the following Rezdy product pricing can be supported, specifically:
- By default, Rezdy only syncs availability with GetYourGuide. However, if Rezdy supports the price configuration, we provide the price along with the Availability to GetYourGuide.
- To ensure that you have set up the matching/supported price option in GetYourGuide, you can check this in the Availability & Pricing section of your GetYourGuide Supplier Administration account.
- The system syncs the price as the Retail Price, inclusive of taxes and fees.
- The currency settings between both Rezdy and GetYourGuide must match.
- Price option type in Rezdy must match the price category to GetYourGuide (unless conversion is in place - see table below for supported & unsupported price types)
- Once you enable the price sync option within GetYourGuide and all conditions have been met, the product with 'price and availability' mapping enabled starts consuming price and availability as found in your Rezdy account.
- If you have enabled the Price and Availability in GetYourGuide, but the price cannot be supported, Rezdy continues to return Availability only, and the mapping in GetYourGuide reverts to Availability. However, until the Operator re-enters the product price directly in the GetYourGuide account, the product remains unbookable.
- There is no rollback functionality. Once you enable the price sync option in GetYourGuide, the system deletes all price data associated with the GetYourGuide product in preparation for receiving prices from Rezdy.
- If your product has a mix of price types, Rezdy returns only the supported price to GetYourGuide and excludes all others (please refer to the table below for supported & unsupported price types).
What is supported
The following Rezdy price types and options are supported. Rezdy searches for price option types supported by GetYourGuide and converts some of them to match, e.g., Everyone to Adult, Teenager to Youth, and so on.
If the product contains both supported and unsupported price types, the system returns only supported price types to GetYourGuide and ignores the unsupported ones.
Rezdy validates suitability by prioritizing supported price types, including By Person and Adult.

* If the system finds the Everyone price option in the Rezdy product in addition to unsupported price types, it converts Everyone to Adult, and ignores all other price types in the Rezdy product. The Adult price is returned to GetYourGuide, along with the updated availability.
^ If the system finds the Single price option in the Rezdy product but doesn't find any other price types, it converts Single to Adult. If the system finds the Single price option in the Rezdy product, in addition to unsupported price types, Availability only is returned to GetYourGuide.
# If the system finds Group set as the Rezdy Price option type in the Rezdy product, and different tiers have Per Person & Total in the same product, Rezdy prioritises the price option group type with the lowest bound and recalculates the price of all differing pricing tiers to conform to the same price option group type.
For example, if the product has the following price options: Group 1-2 = $100 per Person, and Group 3-4 = $300 total.
- Then, Rezdy applies tiered pricing per Person, with the lowest tier (1-2 people) set at a per-person rate.
- Rezdy returns to GetYourGuide the prices as:
- 1-2 persons = $100
- 3-3 persons = $100
- 4-4 persons = $75.
~ If you have set your GetYourGuide price structure to Group, the price is expected to apply to that Group of people traveling.
What is not supported
The following price, product, and tax types are not supported.

How to enable the Rezdy price in GetYourGuide
Once you have thoroughly read the above sections and are ready to enable this option, please read the GetYourGuide support article on 'Price over API' and follow the instructions outlined. Here is a summary of the steps:
- Log in to your GetYourGuide Supplier Administration account.
- Go to Products → Manage Products.
- Select the product you would like to connect with, and then click Edit details.
- Under Options, choose the product option you would like to connect and click Connectivity Settings → Edit.
- Under Do you use a booking system for your availability?, select Yes.
- Select Rezdy from the dropdown list and paste the Rezdy product code for the corresponding product in your Rezdy account.
- Under What do you want to configure automatically?, select Availability and price.
- You are prompted to confirm that any manually configured price configurations are deleted.
- Click on Add new pricing and create a pricing configuration with categories identical to the ones in your reservation system. Save your created pricing configuration.
- Click Save to validate and save your settings. A success message appears if the connection is established.
Frequently Asked Questions
My product (s) on the GetYourGuide website are no longer appearing live. Why?
- If you have recently updated your product mapping in GetYourGuide to availability and price, it's likely your product in Rezdy contains a price type, product type, or fee that GetYourGuide does not support, or there is a mismatch of price type in Rezdy and Price category in GetYourGuide, or Currency between the respective systems. Please log in to your GetYourGuide Supplier Administration account and add new pricing configurations to manage your price manually. Your product should appear back on the GetYourGuide website shortly after.
The price for my product on the GetYourGuide website does not match the price in Rezdy. Why?
- GetYourGuide requires the Retail Price, inclusive of all taxes and fees. Your product may be set to tax-exclusive in Rezdy. Rezdy marks up the price found in the Rezdy calendar (or, if the product does not require a session, it is marked up to be tax/fee inclusive).
I have set up seasonal prices in my Rezdy calendar. Is this supported?
- Yes.
I have a 'Group Per person' price type in Rezdy, but in GetYourGuide, I have 'Pricing Tiers'. Is this supported?
- Yes. Tiered (Volume-based) pricing per Person is now supported. Please see GetYourGuide's support guide on setting up Tiered pricing
I have Adult and Child price types in Rezdy, but Adult only in GetYourGuide. Does this work?
- No. If the price type in Rezdy does not match the price category in GetYourGuide, GetYourGuide does not accept the price Rezdy provides. To fix this, the Operator should create/update the price category in GetYourGuide to match Rezdy pricing types.
I have Adult, Child, and Concession price types in Rezdy, but Adult and Child in GetYourGuide. Does this work?
- Yes, in part. Rezdy provides GetYourGuide with the price for Adults & Child only (and ignores Concession).
I have Adult, Child, and 'Group Per person' price types in Rezdy. Does this work?
- Yes, in part. Rezdy provides GetYourGuide with the price for Adults & Child only (and ignores By Person Group Per person pricing). The Adult & Child price category should be set up in GetYourGuide.
I have Everyone and 'Group Per person' price types in Rezdy. Does this work?
- Yes, in part. Rezdy provides GetYourGuide with the price for Adults only (and ignores By Person Group Per person pricing). The Adult price category should be set up in GetYourGuide.
I have a Child and a 'Group Per person' price type in Rezdy. Does this work?
- Yes, Rezdy provides GetYourGuide with a price for a Group per Person as an Adult, along with a pricing tier, and also converts the Child price to a tiered pricing structure. The price structure should be set By Person, and pricing tiers should be enabled on GetYourGuide. The tiers should also be set up in GetYourGuide to match Rezdy.
I have a Child and a 'Group total' price type in Rezdy. Does this work?
- Yes, in part. Rezdy provides GetYourGuide with the total price for the group, including the pricing tier, and disregards the Child price. The price structure should be set to Group, and pricing tiers should be enabled on GetYourGuide. The tiers should also be set up in GetYourGuide to match Rezdy.
I have the Everyone price type in Rezdy. What should I set up in GetYourGuide?
- Everyone is converted to Adult, and if the product contains Everyone in addition to others, then Rezdy provides a price for Everyone as Adult to GetYourGuide and disregards all others. The Operator should set Adult (ages 0-99) in GetYourGuide.
I have a Single price type in Rezdy. What should I set up in GetYourGuide?
- The Single price type is converted to Adult, and Rezdy provides a price for Everyone as 'Adult' to GetYourGuide. The Operator should set 'Adult' (age '0-99') in GetYourGuide. If the product contains a Single price in addition to other price types, it is considered 'unsupported'; therefore, availability is only provided to GetYourGuide.
I have matched the price type in Rezdy with the price category in GetYourGuide, but my mapping is still failing. Why?
- Certain product types, price types, Fee/s per order, and a mismatch of currencies can cause the price not to be provided/accepted by GetYourGuide. Please check the above table to see if your product falls within any of the above unsupported configurations
I am not happy with Rezdy's price updates. Can I automatically revert the prices on GetYourGuide?
- No. First, change the mapping back to availability only in GetYourGuide, then manually update the prices in GetYourGuide.
I have just updated my pricing in Rezdy. I need these new prices updated in GetYourGuide ASAP What can I do?
- The price is provided to GetYourGuide along with the availability. Availability sync runs on the following schedule (there are no forced refresh options):
- Every 8 days, GetYourGuide fetches availability (and prices) for the next 365 days.
- Every 4 days, GetYourGuide fetches availability (and prices) for the next 90 days.
- Every 1 day, GetYourGuide fetches availability (and prices) for the next 30 days.
- Real-time month GetYourGuide fetches availability (and prices) for the next 30 days when the customer selects products to load the current month of availability.

If I enable price sync in GetYourGuide, can I still update prices manually in my GetYourGuide account?
- No, the Price section is greyed out and blocked from manual updates in GetYourGuide.
I have a Family price option in Rezdy, as well as Adult and Child, but only the Adult and Child price options have synced. Why?
- Rezdy prioritises standard ticket types, such as Adult, Child, Infant, etc. Only the Adult and Child price options were likely matched, and the Family was ignored.
I have validated my Rezdy product and confirmed that it is not supported for price sync; however, I still see the 'Price and Availability' option in my GetYourGuide mapping. Does this mean price sync is available for my product after all?
- No, the Price and Availability option appears for all product mapping in GetYourGuide regardless of whether your product contains price types that are supported.
If an error occurs during the price sync, am I notified?
- This depends on the type of error encountered. GetYourGuide support contacts you directly if you experience repeated errors.
