How To Create a Customer

Overview

The system automatically creates a customer contact when they book online or when they use the 'Contact Us' button on the booking form. You can also manually create customer contacts.

Tip: If you export an existing customer list from another system or already store one on a spreadsheet, you can easily import your customer data into your Rezdy account. Click here to learn more. 

 

How to create a new customer

  1. Click Customers.
  2. Select New customer.

    Within the New customer window:
     
  3. Update Personal information.

    A personal information form including fields for name, email, gender, birthdate, and company name.
     
  4. Update Contact information.

    A contact information form displaying address, phone, and country fields for adding customer details.
     
  5. Update Marketing information.
  6. Click Create contact.

    A marketing information form with fields for preferred language, source discovery, and a checkbox for marketing emails.
