How To Accept or Decline an Agent Request

Overview

There are several ways an agent or reseller can search and find your marketplace public profile. If an agent wants to establish a closer working relationship, they can send a negotiated rate request. You can find all requests here.

Accepting or declining a request

1. Click Agents.
2. Select Agent Requests.
3. Find the agent in the list:
   • Click Accept: This takes you to the new agent setup page, where you need to select a negotiated rate and eventually send a message to the agent to let them know the rates are now shared.
   • Click Decline: This sends an automated email response to the agent informing them that your rates are currently unavailable.
4. Clicking the Declined, Undo? button takes you back to the new agent setup page.
