How To Set Up Automated Commission Payouts

Overview

Our partnership with Stripe has allowed commission payouts to be simple, automated, and best yet; free! Setting up an account is also free, and can be done within minutes.

Note: Supported countries & currencies. Stripe supports a wide range of countries. Click here to see a full list . If your country is not listed, you cannot receive automated payouts. However, Stripe is constantly growing the number of supported countries.

Getting started

Important: If you have previously connected Payoneer to your Rezdy account, you'll first need to go to your Marketplace settings page and click the Disconnect button before you get started. 

Make sure to have the following information available. Generally, the information required includes:

• For an individual: Name, DOB, Address, Photo ID, Bank Account.
• For a business: Company Name, Address, Tax ID, Photo ID, Bank Account.

The information required will differ from country to country, and you can find more details by clicking here  (set capabilities to transfers only).

• Click Marketplace.
• Select Settings.
• Read and tick to accept the Vendor Agreement.
• Click the Set up payouts account button to begin.

You will then be redirected to Stripe to complete 3 easy steps.

Final step will be to review and submit, you'll then be redirected back to Rezdy to designate the bank account for your commission payouts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I set up my account in Rezdy?

• Users will be notified via email whenever their account status changes, if there’s an issue, or if they’ve received a payout.

When are commissions automatically paid?

• Commission payout is initiated 14 days after the fulfilment date of a booking, or in other words; 14 days after the mutual guest has completed their experience. If the booking does not have a fulfilment date; commission payout will be 14 days after the booking was created.

How will my available commissions be paid out, as a lump sum or as separate payments?

• Any available commissions will be paid out every 6 hours. For multiple orders, once commissions are available, these will be transferred as a lump sum.

If I currently have Payoneer connected and I have commission funds above or below the withdrawal amount, what happens when I disconnect and reconnect to the Automated Commission payouts?

• All funds will simply be transferred to Stripe, and will follow the new automated payout rules i.e. Every 6 hours, 14 days after order fulfilment and $10 minimum withdrawal amount.

Are there any fees or charges for a commission payout?

• No. There are no fees or charges to transfer commissions to your designated bank account.

Does Rezdy take or charge any fees?

• Yes. We charge 2% of the gross sales price to cover payment processing, holding and distributing funds to all involved parties i.e. Mutual guest, Operator, and Reseller.

How will I be notified when I’ve earned commission?

• Account owners are notified via order confirmation email whenever a commission is earned and via payout confirmation email whenever a commission is paid to the designated bank account.

What currencies are supported?

What information do I need to provide when setting up an account?

• The information required depends on the country of the account and the type of business i.e. individual vs. company. Generally, the requirements include:
  • For an individual: Name, DOB, Address, Photo ID, Bank Account.
  • For a business: Company Name, Address, Tax ID, Photo ID, Bank Account.

Do I need a separate account if I already have RezdyPay/Automated Payments?

• Yes.

What happens if I disconnect/reconnect automated commissions payout?

• You will be reconnected to the initial account you connected to.

How do I change ownership of my account?
