Set Up Payment Gateway: Trust My Travel

Overview

Trust My Travel provides a financially protected payment solution, exclusively available to Travel Providers. They connect a worldwide network of partners and institutions to combine multiple payment products in one solution, currently being used by tour operators and OTAs alike, in over 70 countries.

Getting Started

Save yourself some time and complete a scaled down pricing proposal form so you can find out if Trust My Travel can support you, and receive indicative pricing from them.

How to connect Trust My Travel to Rezdy

1. Click Settings.
2. Select Payments.
3. Tick Accept Credit Card payments.
4. Select Trust My Travel.
5. Enter your Account Name (or Channel Name) in lowercase. If your Account/Channel Name has spaces, replace them with a hyphen (-) e.g. my-account-name. During the signup process, you will receive an email from Trust My Travel with this information.
6. Enter your Trust My Travel Channel ID and Channel Secret.
   • To find these, you will need to login at dashboard.trustmytravel.com  and go to channels. Choose the Channel and Channel ID that you wish to add. You will also need to add the currency of the channel that will match the channel in Rezdy at this stage.

Lastly, click the Save button at the bottom.
