FollowOverview
This tab is where you can set the online visibility of your products. You can choose if a product can be viewed online only on your website, within the Rezdy Marketplace, or hidden from the public eye.
Categories
This is where you set the visibility for your product on your Rezdy booking form.
- Click the checkbox for each catalog where you want your product to appear.
Note: By default, a Tours category is created allowing you to drop all of your products into the one category.
Negotiated Rates
This is where you set the visibility for your product to Agents within the Marketplace.
- Tick the appropriate Negotiated Rate.
- Set the commission settings.
- Promote in Marketplace: If this box is ticked, Agents (and other Operators) in the Marketplace can see this product and request a negotiated rate, but cannot book it.
Marketplace Rate
This is where you can set the visibility for your product to any Agent within the Marketplace using the Rezdy automated payments.
- Tick All Marketplace Agents.
- Set the commissions.
Google Things to do
This is where you can share your product with Google Things to do.
Important: We strongly recommend you read our 'How to connect to Google Things to do' article, click here to learn more.
Add basic information
- Is this experience guided? (Mandatory): Select either Yes or No. This will determine which Google booking module is used for your product.
- Categories: Select the categories most relevant to your product. These categories will be used by Google to improve search results.
Note: Be sure to only add categories related to the product, as adding too many or unrelated categories may cause your product to be associated with unrelated search results.
- I own and operate this experience: Tick this box if you own and operate the experience. This field is also a requirement to obtain the 'Official Site' badge on Google Things to do.
- Booking URL (Mandatory): Google will redirect travellers to this landing page. By default, this will be your Rezdy booking form URL.
- Same as Rezdy booking form URL: Optional - uncheck this box and enter your own landing page URL. Make sure the URL leads directly to the product and adheres to Google's landing page policy .
Note: If you are a RezdyConnect customer; you must provide your own booking URL. Additionally, bookings made on Google Things to Do will not be in Rezdy but found within your main booking system.
- Same as Rezdy booking form URL: Optional - uncheck this box and enter your own landing page URL. Make sure the URL leads directly to the product and adheres to Google's landing page policy .
Add locations
- Meeting point: Optional - Enter and select an address where the experience starts.
- Points of interest (POI): Click the 'Add point of interest' link to get started:
- Address: Enter the address for the POI and choose an address.
- Relationship with POI, select either:
- Admission included: Admission fee is included in the product price e.g. entry ticket to a Zoo; or
- Admission not-included: Admission fee is not applicable or included in the product price e.g. walk across Sydney Harbour Bridge.
- Click the Add point of interest button.
- To add more POIs, click the 'Add another point of interest' link.
- End point: Optional - Enter and select an address where the experience ends.
Add Product Reviews
- Product rating: Enter a rating for this product (out of 5).
- Number of views: Enter the total amount of reviews used to calculate your (above) rating.
- Tick the Submit to Google Things To Do checkbox.
- Click Save product.
