1. Initial setup: What you need to get started

• Click here to become an experienced partner with Virgin Experience Gifts 
• Your experience(s) must be created within your Rezdy account before sharing your negotiated rate.

The Virgin Experience Gifts team may reach out during this process to discuss product API mapping further.

2. Rezdy setup: Share negotiated rate

• Click here to load the Virgin Experience Gifts Marketplace profile.
• Select Add Agent.

• Make sure both options are checked for Agent Permissions 
• Click the Add agent button

• Click the "Send Your Rates" button on the final page.
  

API Mapping Process

The Virgin Experience Gifts team will proceed with API product mapping and may complete a test booking. Once a successful test booking is made, Virgin Experience Gifts will publish your listing.

Future changes to your experience

Once connected, Virgin Experience Gifts requires that you reach out directly prior to any changes to your product structure. Changing your product structure could break the mapping and cause bookings to fail.

Changes include but not limited to:

• Adding/Removing/Updating ticket types (e.g. Adult, Child, Infant, etc.)
• Adding/Removing/Updating tour options (e.g. 9AM departure, 2PM departure, etc.)
• Updating availability type between Freesale & Limited availability
• Please note: any pricing changes need to be communicated in writing per your signed partnership agreement.
