RezdyPay Transaction Reports

The transaction reports will help you keep track of all payments, refunds, and payout transactions when using RezdyPay.
How to find RezdyPay reports
- Click Reports.
- Choose RezdyPay.
- Select which report to display:
- Use the Date Filter to adjust the date range of transactions you wish to see.
Payments
The payments report is split into 2 sections:
1. Account Balances: Available & Pending
Payments made by your customers will move from their bank account to your bank account in the following 3 steps:
- When a customer payment is processed, the payment amount will be added to your Pending balance amount.
- After the payment has been settled between our payment processor and the customer's bank, the payment amount will move from the Pending balance to your Available balance amount.
- Lastly, when the next payout occurs, the total Available balance amount is paid out to your bank account.
2. Payments
The payments section will list all records of payments made, including:
- Date and time of payment creation.
- Payment amount.
- Currency.
- Customer Name.
- Order Number: Direct link to specific order page.
- Source: E.g. Internal or Online.
- Refunded amounts if applicable.
- Payout: Direct link to respective Payout Transaction page.
Tip: You can sort the report by clicking a heading e.g. Created.
Refunds
The refunds report will only list processed refunds, and include the following information:
- Created date and time of processed refund.
- Refund amount.
- Currency.
- Customer Name.
- Order Number: Direct link to specific order details page.
- State: E.g. COMPLETED.
Important: To see the status of pending refunds, please check the appropriate order via the orders page.
Payouts
The payouts report consists of 2 sections: Payouts and Payout Transactions which is accessible by clicking the Details button.
1. Payouts
This section will show all payouts made to your bank account, and include the following information:
- Created date and time of processed payout.
- Amount.
- Currency.
- Status.
- Details (keep reading for more information).
Note: If payout amounts are negative e.g. -199.00, this means the funds have been debited from your account to cover refunds.
2. Details: Payout Transactions
Clicking the Details button will open the Payout Transactions page for that particular payout, and will include the following information:
- Created date and time of each payout transaction.
- Type: There are 3 types
- Payment: This will be the Amount minus the Fee (paid to your bank account).
- Adjustment: This is a refund of the Fee.
- Refund: This is a refund amount paid to your customer.
- Amount.
- Fee: This is a Rezdy payment fee.
- Net: This is the Amount minus the Fee (paid to your bank account).
- Currency.
- Order Number: Direct link to specific order details page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are my payments pending?
- Transactions are initially pending until they have been settled between our payment processor and the customer's bank.
How long will my payments stay in a pending status?
- Payments stay pending 2 to 7 business days depending on the country and banks involved. In the US, payments typically become available within 2 days. In New Zealand, payments typically become available within 4 days.
How can I access further information about a transaction?
- By clicking on the order number of any transaction in the report table you can access the Rezdy order and and from the order any data such as customer information.
I have completed the RezdyPay setup, received orders, but am I not able to withdraw my funds, why?
- If you are trialling Rezdy, your account will be under review and your RezdyPay payouts will be set to manual. Once we have reviewed your account, your Rezdypay payouts will be set to automatic.
When will my funds be paid out?

This depends on your payment schedule (typically weekly on Wednesday). When the payout day occurs, all available funds will be paid out to your bank account and will usually be made available by your bank the same day.
Why are some of my payments missing from my payout?
- Any payment you receive 2 to 4 days before your regularly scheduled payout date, will be delayed until your next regularly scheduled payout date.
Why are my payouts weekly?

Paying out less frequently payouts ensure available account balance allowing instant refunds if required.
Which user roles can view the RezdyPay reports?
- Owner.
- Booking Administrator.
- Accountant.
I have recently migrated to RezdyPay from another gateway, can I trigger refunds for payments processed by my old gateway?
- Yes. If you were using one of the following (refund supported in Rezdy) gateways: Stripe, Square, Authorize.net, Beanstream, or Braintree.
