2020-09-13 Planned Maintenance - Infrastructure Upgrade

On Sunday 13th of September 2020, Rezdy will be conducting an infrastructure upgrade as part of a planned maintenance window in order to provide improved security and performance of the Rezdy platform.
The maintenance window will commence at following times (based on the time zones specified):
- 6 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. AEST, Sunday September 13th
- 4 a.m. - 4:30 a.m. EDT, Sunday September 13th
- 8 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. GMT, Sunday September 13th
During the maintenance window we anticipate that there will be a platform outage of no longer than 3 minutes, which may have the following impacts:
- Customers will not be able to log in Rezdy during the outage period
- Customers will not be able to create or complete bookings during the outage period either via the Rezdy platform, booking forms, or APIs.
- API users will not be able to log in to Rezdy during the outage period
- API users will not be able to create or complete bookings during the outage period either via the Rezdy platform, booking forms, or APIs.
- 3rd party Booking software partners will not receive any API requests (product, availability, booking, cancellation requests)
- Any API requests made by Reseller partners will be refused and an error status code 500 is likely to be returned
- In addition to this communication, Rezdy will send you a reminder a day prior to the maintenance window via email.
Note: Upon completion of the maintenance, we ask our reseller partners to retry/resend any failed API requests.
In addition to this communication, Rezdy will send you a notification 24 - 48 hours prior to the maintenance window via updates on our websites, email, and in-app notifications.
