How to Reschedule Orders

Quickly reschedule multiple orders on a session to another date and time, as well as keeping your guests informed and up to date by sending an email notification to all guests.
Rescheduling Orders to Another Date and Time
This action can be performed within the View Details page of a session. There are several ways to view the details of a session, the quickest way is via the main left menu Schedule option.
From the View Details page of a session:
- Select one or more orders
- Click the Reschedule Orders button
- Choose a new session via the date selector, hovering over available days will show more information about available sessions
- Select a session from the drop down list (if applicable)
- Optional: Choose an email notification to be sent to all Customer contacts e.g. sending the Order Details email will inform your guests of the new start dates and times
- Click the Reschedule Orders button
- Done. Clicking the Orders successfully rescheduled link will take you directly to the View Details page of the new session.
