How to Reschedule Orders

Quickly reschedule multiple orders on a session to another date and time, as well as keeping your guests informed and up to date by sending an email notification to all guests.
Note: Rental and Transfer, Shuttle or Flight type products are not supported.
Rescheduling orders to another date and time
This action can be performed within the View Details page of a session. There are several ways to view the details of a session, the quickest way is via the main left menu Schedule option.
From the View Details page of a session:
- Select one or more orders.
- Click the Reschedule Orders button.
- Choose a new session via the date selector, hovering over available days will show more information about available sessions.
- Select a session from the drop down list (if applicable).
- Optional: Choose an email notification to be sent to all Customer contacts e.g. sending the Order Details email will inform your guests of the new start dates and times.
- Click the Reschedule Orders button.
- Done. Clicking the Orders successfully rescheduled link will take you directly to the View Details page of the new session.
