Bookings for Marketplace Operators

Overview

As a Rezdy Marketplace customer, when connecting your Booking Software to Rezdy to access our Rezdy Marketplace, you may wish to view bookings made by Resellers in your Rezdy account.

Bookings for operators in the marketplace

For operators who are connecting their own booking software to utilise Rezdy's Marketplace, there are a few things to note about the booking management:

• Your booking software is the 'Source of Truth'. When a Reseller makes a booking for your product, RezdyConnect will send a booking to your Booking Software. 
• If your Booking Software confirms the booking, RezdyConnect will create the booking in your Rezdy account and in-turn confirm the booking back to the Reseller.
• If your Booking Software rejects the booking or encounters an issue in processing the booking, a booking will not be created in your Rezdy account and instead, Rezdy will respond to the Reseller to advise the booking attempt was unsuccessful.

Note: Booking process is a one-way connection. Rezdy will send the new booking or cancellation of an existing booking to the Booking Software and wait for a response.  Any change in status or details of the order made in your own Booking Software will not be reflected in Rezdy nor the Reseller partner.

How do I find details of bookings in my Rezdy account?

A read-only snapshot of your order can be found in the order section of your Rezdy account

• Click Order
• Select your Order

• Within the order, you can view order, customer and operator details. You can also print out a copy.
