How To Extend a Series of Sessions

Overview

Eventually a product's schedule will come to an end, and you'll need to extend the availability. You can do this by creating a new series of sessions, or you can simply extend the existing series of sessions.

How to extend a product's existing series of sessions

The best way to see future availability for all products is from the Products list page

• Find the product that you want to extend availability
• Click the availability alert message.

This will bring you to your Calendar with that specific product filtered in, and every other product filtered out.

• Browse to the day with the last session.
• Select the last session in the series.
• Click the Edit Session button.

Within the Edit session page:

• Look to the Repeat section.
• Update the Until date.
• Click the Save session button.

In the below example, this product's final session will be extended from the 31st Jan 2020 to the 28th July 2020.

Lastly, click the Following sessions button from the recurring event screen. This will extend the existing series of sessions from the final date. 

Note: All of the above options will not update sessions with attached orders, sessions not in a series (e.g. one off session creations), or sessions that previously had orders attached and deleted. These sessions are no longer in a series, and will need to be updated per session.
