Action logs capture important events throughout the Rezdy application.
How to use Action Logs
Note: You must be an Owner user to access Action Logs.
- Click Settings.
- Select Action Logs.
- Search: Allows you to search for an order number, agent, customer name, voucher or promo code etc.
- All Users: Allows you to limit your search to a specific User within your Rezdy account.
- All Log Types: Allows you to limit your search to a specific log type, keep scrolling to see all type explanations.
All Log Types
Order: All logs relating to orders, including creation, payments, changes, deletions, restoring etc...
Product: All logs relating to products, including creation, updates, deletions, restoring etc.
Session: All logs relating to session creation, updates, deletions.
Category: All logs relating to categories, including creation, updates, deletions, restoring etc.
Resource: All logs relating to resources.
Voucher: All logs relating to vouchers, including creation, updates, redemption etc.
Promo Code: All logs relating to promo codes, including creation, updates, redemption etc.
Customer: All logs relating to customers, including creation, updates, deletions etc.
Agent: All logs relating to agents, including creation, sharing rates, deleting etc.
Supplier: All logs relating to suppliers, including incoming agent requests, sharing rates in the marketplace etc.
Marketplace: All logs relating to marketplace.
Users: All logs relating to users, including creation, updates, deletions etc.
Company: All logs relating to overall company details, including billing info and plan changes, online payments, company profile updates etc.
Invoice: All logs relating to agent invoices, including creation, updates, deletions etc.
Barcode: All logs relating to barcodes, including creation, updates, deletions, redemption etc.
Note: You must be an Owner user to access the action logs page.
