Set Up Payment Gateway: Square

Overview

Take easy payments online and in-person with the Square & Rezdy integration. You may also be interested in using the Square Point of Sale App and take payments in-person with a quick tap.

How to connect your Square account to Rezdy

• Click Settings.
• Select Payments.
• Tick Accept Credit Card payments.
• Choose Square from the list of Payment Gateways.
• Click the Connect with Square button.

Important: You will need to login to your Square account where you may (or may not) need to review and allow permissions.

Note: If you require any assistance with your Square account or configuration, please see Square's online help documentation.

You will be taken back into Rezdy to:

• Select a location
• Optional: Store credit card within Rezdy orders.
• Optional: Enable a Credit Card Surcharge.

Lastly click the Save button.

How to connect Square to multiple Rezdy accounts

If you have more than 1 Rezdy account, you most likely have multiple locations configured within Square also (if not click here to learn more).

Firstly, switch companies in Rezdy, and complete the above steps. When it comes time to Select a location, simply choose the appropriate location from the list.
