On Sunday 5th of May between 8pm and 10pm AEST (11am GMT), Rezdy will be conducting an infrastructure upgrade as part of a planned maintenance window in order to provide improved security and performance of the Rezdy platform.
During the maintenance window we anticipate that there will be a platform outage of no longer than 15 minutes, which may have the following impacts:
- Customers logged in to Rezdy at the start of the outage will be logged out
- Customers will not be able to log in Rezdy during the outage period
- Customers will not be able to create or complete bookings during the outage period either via the Rezdy platform, booking forms, or APIs.
In addition to this communication, Rezdy will send you notifications prior too, during, and after the maintenance window via updates on our websites, email, and in-app notifications.
