Ensuring the security and protection of your personal information is important to us.

We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect any personal information you may enter when using the Rezdy admin portal. As well as important sensitive data your guests enter when using our secure checkout page, including email addresses and credit card information.

All transactions are secured by 128 bit SSL encryption. SSL technology encodes information as it is being sent over the Internet, helping to ensure that the information transmitted remains confidential.

In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us.

Hardware & Software Recommendations

Because Rezdy is 100% cloud based, most of the strain is taken away from your computer. Rezdy works on all modern browsers, on both MAC and Windows computers, and all modern mobile and tablet devices.

Rezdy is optimised to work best on Google Chrome. We also recommend the following:

• A screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher.
• Windows 7 or later.
• Any version of Mac OS that can run Google Chrome (OS X Yosemite 10.10 or later)

Even though Rezdy is cloud based, we recommend at least the minimum hardware requirements:

• Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoC
• RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 GB for 64-bit 

Rezdy Application Uptime

Our applications and API have a 99.9% availability. Our servers are deployed to Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant provider and provides a certified infrastructure for storing, processing, and transmitting credit card information.
