How to Blacklist an Agent

Overview

Blacklisting an Agent will prevent that Agent from viewing and booking your products within the Marketplace and any existing shared rates with the Agent will be removed. 

Blacklisting a non-connected agent

1. Click Find Agents within the Marketplace and search for the Agent that you want to blacklist

2. Click on the name to go into the profile of that Agent

3. Within the Agent public profile, from the drop down list choose Blacklist Agent

Blacklisting a connected agent

• Click Agents.
• Select Agents.
• Click the name of the agent.

Scroll to the bottom of the page:

• Click the arrow.
• Select Blacklist Agent.

Removing an agent from your blacklist

• Click Agents.
• Select Blacklist.
• Find the agent and click the Remove button.

Once the agent has been removed, they will be able to find and book your products within the Marketplace.
