Bulk update allows you to quickly update all products for multiple days at a time with just a few clicks.
Bulk Update Requirements
Your product must meet the below requirements to use Bulk Update:
- Dates available must be Fixed dates & times.
- Availability must be Limited - Fixed limit per session.
- A session must be created in the Calendar on the day you're trying to bulk update.
Important: Products limited by a resource will appear greyed out, and must be updated via the calendar.
How to use Bulk Update
- Click Schedule
- Click Bulk Update
- Hover your mouse over the day and product you want to bulk update
- Click the Arrow pointing right, this will select the next 7 days.
- Enter the availability in the Update availability to box.
- Click Bulk Update.
Tip: you can perform the same procedure with the directional arrows pointing up, down, left and right.
