Show Columns is split into the following sections:
- Hide empty Columns: This will automatically hide empty columns.

- Order Columns: This contains columns relating to the order itself, e.g. balances owed, Agent name, Order Number, and any custom Booking Info > Ask once per order questions.
- Product Columns: This contains columns relating to the Product itself, e.g. Extras, Quantities, and Pickup information.
- Customer Columns: This contains columns relating to the Customer completing the online Order, e.g. Customer Full Name, Customer Phone (or mobile), and Customer Email.
- Participant Columns: This contains columns relating to the participants, e.g. First Name, Last Name, and any custom Booking Info > Ask for each Participant questions.
Apply Settings & Save Settings
You can create and save multiple manifests, which is handy if you need to create a manifest for staff who only need to see their specific orders for the day.
All columns you choose to show can be sorted and ordered to your preference. Once you are happy with the ordering, and sorting of columns, click Settings:
- Give your Manifest a name.
- Click Save Settings.
It can now be found and selected from within the drop down box:
How to print the Manifest
- You can print the entire manifest for the day; or

looks good. how does one access this?
One problem, so far. By including the Participants for each booking it creates a double up of the Customer name, accommodation etc. which looks confusing and lengthens the manifest. How do I only have one column for each Customer with the full Participant list, as on the current manifest.
Hey Simon; Just checked your account and you should now have access to the New Manifest. Neville thanks for the feedback and suggestions.
For those who have not yet watched my amazingly awesome video; this is the Beta version and based on your feedback we'll be making further changes and improvements. So keep the feedback coming!
How do you print the manifest for a single activity/ tour? by the looks you can only print all of the tours for the day on the one page not separate like the old version
@Reception Staff; by adding the Session and Product columns, you're able to filter in a single product and if it has multiple start times; also a single Session time e.g.
So if my Ultimate Product had several Sessions a day, this will allow me to print only the 2pm Session and so on.
I can't select or copy text on the new manifest view, useless.
Can you show where the new manifest button is as I can't seem to located it anywhere
@James - this was previously captured and added to an internal list of fixes and improvements. You'll soon be able to copy and paste text form the Manifest soon enough! more updates to come on this.
@Missy - you can access the new Manifest via this link https://app.rezdy.com/calendar/manifestv2
Regarding the new Manifest
An editable header is needed on the top of the manifest, in our situation we need to put in the drivers name, bus number and credit card terminal number.
The show hide column on the old manifest is a better system than the new arrow type system on the new manifest.
Selecting and printing one of 15 manifests we generate each day was easy with the show only , print only this manifest.
At the moment we are having all sorts of problems with the old manifest not retaining pick up and drop off information after it has been selected and saved. Is this to do with the new manifest being implemented over the old manifest.
Minor thing but when printing the manifests the lines in the tables are really really faint - I feel it would be a lot easier to read if the lines were a little bolder to separate columns and rows etc.
I can see you guys are adding a lot of great new features but from a user side, you are just causing us to click more buttons to get to the same place. The today button is now hidden in the calendar. To go to the calendar you now have to click scheduling first.
Hi agree with Dora. It's all just a lot of work to get back to where I was. And it's still not looking as good as it was. Also I'm getting it printed in a totally different font. Times New Roman?
I agree with Dora and Neville. More clicks, when you are in a hurry answering several lines and trying to check availability, its now and extra click ... seems minimal but it is a pain. Two clicks to get back to calendar, two clicks to get back to Today button. When using all these extra clicks, I am also finding the calendar is not loading properly and I end up with a blank page or some of my information missing so then have to refresh ... this happens often, almost every time I return back to today.
I totally agree with Neville and Dora, especially as I work on a sailing boat and use rezdy on my phone...Each "click" I have to do takes time so It was much better to have the "today button" and the "manifest" button there on the calendar ! now it takes just more time and I don't see any value for the new manifest....PLEASE MAKE IT SIMPLE AGAIN !
I do love the New Manifest as it provides more versatility to adapt it to our needs but do agree with the 'number' of click to get places. I'm sure most users would agree that being able to get to either the Calendar (straight to today) and the Manifest in ONE CLICK from ANYWHERE in the system would be a great solution - 2 x Static/locked buttons at the top of the page rather than hidden away in menus at the side would be great?
@all - keep the Manifest feedback rolling in, this is great! all suggestions will taken on board, and we'll be back with more progress updates soon!
A few things of suggestion:
Firstly love the initiative of the Beta Manifest and see loads of potential.
1. I agree about the "Today" Button. Everyone in our office has missed this being at the top of the calendar instead of hidden in the date/calendar box.
2. I also agree about the font - I believe that Times New Roman is a bit outdated and not as clear to read as the Legacy Manifest font (Calibri?)
3. At the moment we are unable to use the Beta Manifest as it is splitting all passengers into separate cells. In theory this is good however it is duplicating our guests extra's - eg if we have a booking for x2 passengers and they have added x1 Photo Package it is looking like x2 Photo Packages as it is allocating it to both passenger cells.
For this reason, we really need to be displaying our Manifest by Order, however it is still splitting each passenger into a different cells meaning the extra's are still duplicating.
For us I believe that the option: Filter -> Group Orders by -> Order is a waste. It splits the manifest up into each order with an info bar above each order providing the order number, name, ticket types, amount and balance whilst still having each passenger in a different cell. I believe the info bar above each Order is irrelevant as all this info can be displayed in a column like the old Legacy manifest. It would be great if this "Order" filter actually grouped it by Order and combined each passenger under that order into the same cell along with any extra's so they didn't duplicate. Lucky the Legacy Manifest still does this - so not sure why this options isn't available with the Beta version???
If you need to separate each passenger into a cell you have the option to Filter and order by Session - but currently no way to group the passengers. This has caused us to use the Legacy Manifest you still have available (for only 2 more months) and exporting it to Excel and manually creating our own which has actually cost us more time.
4. Also agree that the "Show Only" feature is missed
@all You'll be happy to learn that the Today button is now back, and easily accessible via all Schedule menu options
It's great that the Today button is back and doesn't need any additional clicks to access. Unfortunately this new layout still has increased the amount of clicks needed to perform basic navigation. For example:
When viewing the calendar: Instead of clicking directly on the calendar view from the side panel, you now need to click on 'scheduling' wait a half second for the animation and then click again on calendar.
Again we have the same issue navigating to the manifest view. It's no longer on the calendar page, you now need to go to the side panel, wait for the animation and again click on manifest. It should be accessible from both the side bar and the calendar page.
Although this sounds minor, requiring additional clicks is a huge annoyance when you are time poor and under the pump. This could easily be fixed by returning to having the calendar page directly accessible from the side panel and no longer under the scheduling drop down box. Also please put the manifest view back as a button on the calendar page next to the 1,7,30 day view.
Edit: Just saw the above comments already addressed this. Good to see that this has a fair bit of attention.
One thing that would be really helpful is to have "Add Order" back on the Manifest page. When we are checking customers in for the day and someone walks in last minute it would be great if we didn't need to leave the manifest to add an order onto the same day.
Everything seems too spread out now. It was nice before to see everything we needed at a glance but now we need to scroll sideways to see everything. Maybe making the columns less wide would help with that. It would be nice to have the Customer Name with the Customer Phone Number underneath the name instead of two columns.
Also in trying to customize my manifest, there are a few things that either can't be clicked to include (even though they show up ie. Pending Customer) or can't be unclicked (things we don't need like Pick-up Location)
I also agree that having the manifest accessible from the Calendar screen would be helpful.
One other weirdness that we have noticed is that often when you click into the manifest it takes you to random days, mostly past days, even when you've been into the current days manifest several times. We shouldn't have to click today everytime we go into the manifest.
So glad you moved the Today button out of the drop down calendar!!!
When I save a customised manifest, the orders are repeated - so one order is shown twice on separate rows. The number of total participants is still correct but I just end up with double ups on the list.
Ah, I see this is when I click participant first name it puts in a line for each participant rather than listing all participants within one order, on one line. I believe Neville has already raised this issue above. Reasoning - they are a part of one group so you will know you have 4 people to pick up in the "Jones" party but need to know first names from a customer service perspective - so keeping them all together and just listing their first names in a separate column alongside the customer name would be helpful.
It was fixed briefly, a list of Participants with only one Customer listing - as on the current (Legacy) manifest. But we are back to each Participant creating multiple Customer listings. With multiple Accommodation and Extras listings etc as well. I'm still using the Legacy manifest and will for as long as I can unless this is fixed. I would rather write in the Participants names by hand than have the confusing multiple Customer listings.
If you do not require names of each participant, there is no way to do the partial check-in, right? It would be great if there are not participant names, to just go by the tickets/quantities in the order.
Our guides report partial check-ins but currently, there isn't a useful way to note this within the application. We have a very inefficient & not very effective system of the guide emailing the office & then the office staff add notes in the appropriate orders. I am aware that the guides can "add note" via the mobile manifest, but we have too many guides with.. varying levels of comfort with tech. Also, if folks call in regarding those orders, our office staff are the ones who would be dealing with that, so if the guides "add note" then none of the office staff are aware of the situation.
Hey Tori, thanks for detailed information there. I am going to open up a dialogue with yourself and our Support team to answer and confirm a few things, there could be a configuration specific to your account that we may need to capture moving forward to improve this feature, thanks!
