Please Note: changing the status of an Invoice to Paid will lock the Invoice from further adjustments, and also Reconcile all Orders within the Invoice automatically.
1. Click Agents
2. Click My Invoices
3. Click the Invoice you want to edit
4. Confirm the Amount
5. Change the Status to Paid
6. Enter a Receipt ID (Optional)
7. Enter Comments (Optional)
Lastly click the Button. You have successfully changed an invoice status to paid!
